Warranty Details

If you purchased Sammy luggage or X Series by Sammy luggage, and submitted a valid registration or have a valid receipt, your luggage is covered by Sammy's Honest Warranty for 10 years or a lifetime, respectively.

Here's how it works: If you have a valid claim and provide us with the relevant information surrounding your claim, we will provide you with either repairs, parts or new Sammy luggage at our expense and discretion, completely free of charge to you. That means we take care of the shipping fees, handling fees and any other fees that we may incur while either getting your luggage back into proper shape or replacing it altogether.

Here is what we cover under our warranty: Our warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover, among other things, wear or tear, scratches or stains, or mishandling or negligence caused by an airline, baggage handler or another common carrier. In the event that small debris gets caught in the wheels of your luggage & hinders it from rolling, we will provide you with a set of replacement wheels. Our warranty is not transferrable and does not cover consequential damages or loss of use. Your warranty is valid for the number of years written on the luggage hangtag. Unless specified otherwise on the hangtag or in the product's online description, we cover Sammy luggage for 10 years and X Series by Sammy luggage for a lifetime, in each case from the date of purchase. Any tech-related components, including but not limited to USB ports and wires, are covered only for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Before leaving an airport or travel station, examine your luggage carefully. If you notice damages, file a report immediately with your airline or common carrier. Such damage is not Sammy's responsibility. However, you can be sure that we will always do our best to make things right for you.
